This is designed to be a lifeline for women who are truly in need, so to qualify the applicants must meet four key conditions: Be 65 or older, lived in Spain for at least 10 years, are not receiving any other form of pension (retirement, disability, etc.), have income of less than €7,905.80 per year. If they are living with family members who earn money, then the income exclusion amount is higher.
