On Monday 8 October from 17:00 to 20:30, Agroturismo Atzaró will be hosting an event by Oceanic Global to educate hospitality industry leaders in Ibiza on how to adopt sustainable business solutions. An important part of the presentation will show restaurant, hotel and catering establishments how to go plastic-free. This is in line with Ibiza’s goal to ban single-use plastics by 2020. Atzaró is already moving in this direction, as most of the plastic they use is recyclable, and by next year they will be 100% recyclable.
