“La Peña” wishes to integrate other clubs and sports, social and cultural associations, so that they can participate in the development of this holistic sports project, which has three levels: entertainment, education and competition. All of this work could not possibly be carried out without the generous contributions of over 200 participating businesses, who allow the almost 800 members of “La Peña Deportiva” to continue their tireless and tenacious voyage. The Association is a not-for-profit that depends solely on its supporters, public grants, members’ fees and fundraising events. This is why they organize a whole calendar of promotional events in which they try as best as they can to promote their philosophy, their activities and their wonderful achievements. The involvement of local businesses benefits all sides, contributing to the financial balance of the Association and to the image in society of the businesses themselves. •
