OF EXTERIOR WOOD FLOORS       · Maintaining the appearance       The periodic application of Lasur or oil will help to maintain the ascetic qualities of the floor for a longer time. One time a year an application is recommended. The best time of year for the application is the start of the summer season, to maximize your enjoyment of the floor.             All exterior wood flooring will have a natural superficial decolourization due to ultraviolet rays. In addition to this, floors exposed to the elements or in especially severe weather conditions will begin to show microscopic cracks on the surface and the heads of the boards. This does not appreciably diminish the properties that insure the durability of the installation. These effects can be lessened, in addition to the mentioned care, by procuring that the floor maintains the most stable hydrothermal level possible by direct watering or daily spraying.   · Cleaning       The workable inspection points ready before the installation permit the access to the infrastructure for the permanent control of water runoff, the application of cleanning treatments and disinfection by high pressure water hose, to which appropriate bactericides and fungicides can be added if deemed necessary.         The periodic application of Lasur or oil contributes to preserve the hygienic conditions of the floor. These products should be completely innocuous to animals, people or plants.
