The footings will be appropriately braced with struts as specified in the Foundation Plan. The depth of the foundation slab will be determined in the project execution phase, once the geotechnical study is completed.
BASEMENT: The basement walls are made with reinforced concrete walls (screen wall) HA-25, 30 cm thick, with waterproofing done on its outer face consisting of: asphalt primer, drainage membrane adhered to the wall, geotextile membrane, and filter gravel fill.
STRUCTURE: made of reinforced concrete with flat portals with rigid nodes of square and rectangular section pillars, and flat and/or cantilever beams depending on the spans to be covered. On these portals, one-way floor slabs with reinforced joists will be placed. The structure's start will be made on HA-25 reinforced concrete pillars from the basement floor and from the screen wall of the basement on which the first slab will rest.
