This property was built around 1200 on the famous fortress walls, the oldest next to the ‘Portella’, one of the most important remains of this fortress.
The tower on the façade of this house was also part of the fortress walls. In the 16th century, the house was renovated and had three Renaissance style windows in the main street with the coat of arms of the house. The building, a historical monument protected by the Ministry of Culture, has been completely renovated after many years of passionate work.

It is located in the high and noble part of Dalt Vila, 50 meters from the Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace and next to the Castle. During the renovation, precious materials were used, such as all the floors in the entrance area and in the apartment itself, which are made of a very beautiful “Portuguese pink” marble. All the woodwork is of the famous high quality Melis wood, imported from the United States. The apartment also has two wonderful antique design fireplaces, one in marble and one in “sea stone”.
